well the first step would be saying what program you used to create the script.
if you have not already done so, i suggest you upgrade to the latest version of scenaid.
you can also do some searching and reading: search for 'ExitVobuSizeError'
line21 is for closed captions and you can manually deselect this in the 'track editor' highlight your track, and in the property browser, find the Line21Switch1 and deselect it.

no worries matey :D
so how did you fix it? by upgrading to the prelease version of scenaid or manually changing the line21 switch?
either way, glad to see you got it all working
cheers

I've ignored the menu from the DVD and used only the main movie. Well, this is not the most professional attitude but it worked. By the way, I've used reathorist to to make the script file for scenarist.

hmmm... well ... its your back-up, so whatever works for you is fine with me.
however, most issues involved in this process can be easily resolved with a little effort, and the help of fellow forum users. i woould have been interested in seeing if either of the suggestions fixed your problem .. but at the end of the day ... :D

Well, you are right, but I did not have time.
I would have an other question, if you ever met with this problem.
I'm using Doitfast4u and Reathorist to make a backup.
I've got the following error messages (2):
1.
Info Validateing Video (VTS01\VTS__01_P01.4~3_1)
Warning The duration of MPEG video file "D:\Ripping\EGESZSEGES_EROTIKA\VTS01\VTS__01_P01.4~3_1.MPV" has changed.
Error Track "VTS_01_PGC_01", Scene "VTS01_vobid03_cellid06"'s timecode 01:27:24;17 is larger than video duration.
Error Importing failed
However the lenght of the video is 1:28:10;15 ???
So far I've removed a file with this message, however this is the main movie. So I can not do it. :-)
2.
Error The width of MPEG video file "D:\Ripping\PI\VTS02\VTS__02_P01.4~3_1.MPV" has changed.
Error Importing failed
Please help me, if you have time!
Thanks a lot

The problem your having is due to the last Scene of that movie being longer then what's left for the video which is more then likely a result of the RA script misreading your data duration
Step 1) in the Data tab, right click on the asset i question and do a Data -> Placeholder, then repeat but Placeholder->Data. This will allow Scenarist to accuratly detect the length of the track. Click on another asset, then back on this one to refresh the properties windows
Note the duration
Step2) Click on the "Track" tab, click the track in question then change/adjust the TrackDuration to match the above data duration
Delete your mux_data directory and *_Cache directory and then try to recompile...

I've followed what you had suggested to an othe fellow, somewhe else and checked m2v original and mpv reencoded movie file. The mpv file was shorter. The hell knows why. Now I'm reencoding again. Looks like CCE error.
By tomorrow it will be ready.
Thanks for yoyr help.
Any suggestion for the other error message. It happened with a different movie, but more frequently.

well molmik, i guess the moral of this story would be:
replace ReAuthorist with Scenaid!
this is not to say that RA is not an excellent program. it is. but ... it has unfortunately not been updated/improved for some time now, and suffers because of this.
lunkily for us, D3s7 stepped up to the challenge and has produced an exceptional replacement to RA with Scenaid. with all the recent fixes and huge list of features, it has become the tools of choice for *99% of all users of these fantastic tools that are used to create amazing back-ups.
make the change, you know you want to :sly:
cheers
