DVD2SVCD 1.22 build 2 and QMF filtering

The new DVD2SVCD 1.22 build 2 installs AviSynth V. 2.55 by default. This is the reason why all QMF based filter scripts do not work any more. The error message is something like "Unrecognized exception in (ScriptClip line 1) ...\FACAR\qmf15b1.avs line 13".

I know next to nothing about AviSynth programming, so I did not even try to modify the qmf15b1.avs script. For now the only way to make QMF filtering work again is to uninstall AviSynth 2.55 and install version 2.54 again.

I hope this does not break any new D2S features.

I hope this does not break any new D2S features. Using 2.54 should be ok, AFAIK.
