When i try to convert a dvd 2 svcd with dvd2svcd 1.2.2 build 2 i get this strange picture when i try to convert ntsc to pal i watch Preview video (still picture) as you can see the image from the movies moves up and their is a white line under it. It happens with all aspect ratio's tried.
if i don't mark that ntsc to pal everything works fine..
I'm using cce 2.67.00.23 and i tried it with and without D2SRoba but same result.. please help me out
