need help to transcode xvid->nokia format

Hay,
How do I transcode a Xvid tv show I captured to 384X288 @ 1500Kb Xvid /mp3 CBR 64K to something my 6600 Nokia phone can play?
It plays mp4 via RealOne, but the screnn is small, so I may want to downsize/corp. I use Virtualdub , so pls just point me to the direction,

well apart from the fact that something like this makes any sense, i think this is rather a question for the Real Video forum (http://forum.doom9.org/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=76)!

pls do not crosspost, but rather wait until a xvid mod moves the thread!

btw: 1500 kbit won't be processable with any kind of phone! maybe 1/10 of the bitrate is more likely to work!

my object is to ba able to see the naked chef recepits at the kichen , while I priper it :-)
Ovcourse the datarate is too high, but I think it will lossen up after corping down to the size of the Nokia 6600 screen :-)
