This is the problem:

My TV card has no harware mpeg2 encoder (KWORLD bt878)
but my graphic card has (ASUS 9520 magic (has video out but hasn't video in))

What am i suposed to do to record something from my TV card using hardware mpeg2 encoder on my graphic card??
What software should i use?? (if it is possible)

Hello, and welcome to the forum.

When looking through the web, I couldn't find any reference to H/W MPEG on the Asus V9520/T Magic. Specs at the ASUS website show it being a GeForce FX 5200.

Your choice is to either use software on-the-fly MPEG-2 encoding using the software included with your BT878 card, or you may capture losslessly and encode to MPEG-2 after the capture completes, per the Capture Guide.
