hi all,

another lame post by me :)

well, i've also read some posts in the forum about movie compressibility, so don't answer me with "read past posts..." :)

recently i enconded "Rambo: First Blood" (90min aprox) and became very surprised because it compressed very very well (640x272-with 78% in GordianKnot)

i know dark and slow movies compress well, also very clean movies compress better that noise movies, but this is a movie with lot of action, great outdoors, water/cloud and fire scenes, etc ...

my question it's if someone has done some research about all this stuff, is all about luma noise/detecting motion/etc ??? what about keyframe size?

maybe this could be used by GK???

bye and forget my lameness
