A Screen Grabber

Does anyone know of a freeware screen capture utility for XP?
I need one that grabs the screen at user defined intervals; ie. capture a still every 60 secs (or however long).

Two pieces of software come to my mind there:
a) Wink (freeware) http://www.debugmode.com/wink/ :
it is actually a tutorial creation software but let's you also capture mouse movement etc!

b) Camtasia Studio by TechSmith (not freeware):

pretty much exactly what you are looking for! free demo available afaik
