First of all you must know that you must change the parameters in the IFO file with IfoEdit, exactly where you change the colors, below you get some parameters, if you not change them, you are able to only the first sub of the movie.
I've explain this many, many times in this forum...anyway here it comes again! :D

Subtitles stream (4:3)

1 (-2147483648)
2 (-2147417856)
3 (-2147352064)
4 (-2147286272)
5 (-2147220480)
6 (-2147154688)
7 (-2147088896)
8 (-2147023104)
9 (-2146957312)
10 (-2146891520)

One for every subtitle, you have here 10, I think it is enough.

And second, before you burn any DVD, try to see the subs with any software player: WinDVD or PowerDVD etc.

If you don't know how to change the colors or parameters... please, read this. (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=65947)

Good! so, put the first parameter and you should be able to see your subs in your standalone, remember to check it out with the software players before burning.

Ok, I recieved your IFO file, but you picked the wrong one.
The ifo file I need is the "VTS_01_0.IFO" and not the other one.
Send it and I will see.

Hi, good... that ifo was the right one! But just at the first view, it seems to be everithing ok, the subtitle ratio is ok, and the colors are just fine (you will get a white text with black outline and silver anti-alias... if you don't want background, you should change the first color 10 80 80 into 00 00 00).
Anyway, as far as I can see, is everything fine. First of all, as I told you before, you should try with your software player (Not the player from IfoEdit) PowerDVD or WinDVD or whatever... Which one is yours?
And second: It depends sometimes of your standalone, if that's an old model, you can get problems with DVD-/+R or even subtitles.
I had a problem ones, in a back up made it with DVD Shrink, that the subs started very good and after a while, they just disappeard, after 2 minutes, they came back and it was ok till the end of the movie.
You can try, (don't burn any DVD) with your DVD software player, replacing the ifo files by the original ifos... and see what happen, it could work... but I am not sure.
Greetings! ;)

Hi, before you burn any DVD, you could try to play your "already burned DVD" in another standalone and see what happend. Or play a DVD back up from a friend in your standalone and check the subtitles, just to be sure that may be is your standalone and not the DVD back up. As I told you before, I didn't see any problems in your IFO file.
Greetings! :)
