I just used Auto GK for first time one prob though

Very nice
it works very well
on prob i had was the first 1-3 secs of audio are double speed
how do i fix that?

fixed it
i put the audio on auto
the first time i put it on AC3

Don't see how that was relevant though (unless auto mode gave you mp3 audio). You probably have AC3 playback problems (install AC3Filter for proper playback).
