Vobsub doesn't display raw subs

Hi,

I never tried to display raw vobsubs untill now (since i can't subrip them because of bad ocr).
I placed all files (avi, idx, sub) in the same folder with the same name.
When i play my avi (bsplayer or wmp) i get the green arrow and i can choose what language i want (english / spanish) and "show subtitles" is selected. But... i don't see any text displayed while playing the movie.

Anyone has experience with this problem?

Have a look in directvobsub configure if they're not too low ... try to disable override subtitle location or some such if it's enabled. Make sure you have the latest vobsub too, and check the colours of the subtitles too.

Yeah i've found in the settings somewhere "hide subtitles" was checked :|
Why are there 2 different "hide subtitles" options anyways...

But now i get subtitles :D
