Reset the timecode

I ripped the second episode from a dvd (with smartripper and dvd decrypter), and when opening this vob, the start time is 23:03:00, is there a simple way to change it back to 00:00:00? I had some audiosync problems after demuxing the file and then multplexing it again with TMPG, so is there a way to edit the vob directly?

i had this problem too, but i think u can try using a software called 'restream'.
