Cant extract an Image

Hi
I have a imagefile of an SVCD.. it has a menu and stuff like this...
I want to extract the mpg2 file to resize it, to make it 16:9 and dvd compatible.
But I cant extract it... cdmage and Isobuster reported that sectors cant be read... The image though, works when playbacked....
Any suggestions how to extract?

To extract it VCDEasy is a very good way to go, as Rockas suggested.
