I recently recorded a program at work and would like to put it on dvd. The JVC capture utility captures the files in an m2t file and has a resolution of 1280x720. There are no hd dvd's yet:) so I have to convert it. I used Vegas Video 5.0 and rendered a new mpg file, but the result looked horrible. Is there a program out there similar to say tmpgenc that will convert the 1280x720 file to 720x480 so I can put it on dvd?
