creating multi episode dvd of six feet under.. how to add chapters for each ep?

i'm trying to create some dvds of six feet under season three and whats been aired of season four. i've downloaded the hdtv .avi files for both and used cucusoft to convert them to dvd compatible files.. then used ifoedit to convert them to .vob files. however. i was unsure of how to create more than one vob at a time, so i would create the first vob, then rename it so that when i choose 'author new dvd' it wouldn't create it over the top of the first one. i made one dvd with five vob files created this way, mistakenly thinking that i'd be able to skip between episodes.. which wasn't the case.

the VIDEO_TS folder i created for the season four episodes looked like this:

with the first vob being a small intro screen i created. i still have all the original files made by cucusoft if i need to go back to the drawing board.. but my question is this: how to create a multi episode disc for these six feet under discs so that i can still fast forward, rewind and skip to the beginning of each episode. do i need to put in chapter points? and if so.. how do i do this? as i said.. i still have the all files i converted with cucusoft. any help i could get would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance..
