I've merged your two threads into one. It's really the same question. I've also taken the liberty of modifying the title.
I assume this is analog A/V you are trying to capture.
Typically what you have from a camcorder is two RCA Phono plugs if the audio is mono, or three RCA Phono plugs if the audio is stereo. One of these is composite video, the other one or two are for audio.
Typically, PCI capture cards don't capture the audio at all. Your PC's soundcard does that job. So you'll need to shop for an RCA-socket to 3.5mm stereo plug to go into your soundcard's "line-in" socket.
Look at your PCI capture card. Your card will have an RCA Phono socket for composite video. It may also have a multi-pin socket(looks a little like a mouse socket) for S-Video. And, if it has an RF tuner for VHF and UHF channels, will likely have a 75-ohm socket for an F Connector and a coax cable from your antenna or cable TV vendor. If it has that tuner, it probably has a 3.5mm phono socket and a short patch cord to go into your soundcard. That's because the audio-out from the tuner has to get to your soundcard somehow. And, if it has that patch cord, it probably also has another 3.5mm socket for audio-in when using composite or S-Video. Any audio-in used that way will go straight to the audio-out, and it's there so you don't have to change connections when using your tuner.

Certainly. The video quality should be better.
(You'll still need to shop for an audio cable.)

so here we go!
i have just to from my camcorder, one is yellow,(video) and one is white (audio) is that right ?
so i need to get s-video lead that will plug into my yellow lead ?
and still find a audio lead that will go in to my white rca then to the pc with a 3.5 audio lead ?
or is there a better way to do this ? by the way thanks for the advice !
You will not be able to use S-Video unless your camcorder supports it. Based on what you've provided, it doesn't appear to.
You will need an RCA Phono to - 3.5mm stereo Y-cable, since a PC-standard soundcard uses that connector.. Since your camcorder appears to be mono from your description. you'll only use one side of the Y.
If you can't find one in a local electronics retailer in your country, you can try www.blackbox.com for cables or use google.com to search for other suppliers.
