How high vbr can you go when streaming a .rmvb before it becomes unstable?

i don't think the matter was on the server side, all depend of the bandwith.
if u want to stream for a lot users , on the server side u need to have a large bandwidth.
to avoid problems while streaming some file with high bitrate i think u need use the surestream file it's an rmvb file with the same audio/video stream encoded in different bitrate and once the client read it the player will use select the best stream to play depending of the client connection speed.
think to enable the turbo play option in the rmvb header file which allow the play to use a bigger buffer (not sure this option was still used in RealOnePlayer 10 or only for the old Realplayer 8).
