Hi,

today, I've downloaded the new DivX 5.2 codec. I tried to rip a trailer with Vidomi to see if the files of the new codec are ok. Vidomi doesn't support the new setting of DivX where you can tell the codec how big the filesize shall be - does AutoGK support this?

Dust Signs

btw: for all my other rips, I use AutoGK and I'm quite content with the quality of the files I get
PS.: I'm from Austria - sorry for my "English"

No Trouble with GKnot 0.32Beta so far (just one trial yesterday), so I would assume that AutoGK should have no problem also - but that really is just an assumption as I do not use AGK.

2 trials with GK 0.32, same same, it goes perfect. There is one foolproof method for you though :

Try it :D

Do you notice any difference in the results, i.e., better or worse video quality for same file size, with DIVX 5.2, compared to DIVX 5.11 and XVID? Are you using the standard DIVX or DIVX Pro? (Does the Pro version really get better quality per file size (or lower file size per quality) than the standard version? With AutoGK, which does all the settings automatically?

Hello,
I'm tring to rip few NTSC serial movies with divx pro 5.2 and every time I have to set the first pass, second pass and the credits. Can I set them only once and to be remembered ? And second question, why the delay for the ac3 file is always 16ms when, in my case, should de 750ms ? This pb. with the delay it happens only for 5.1 audio files and not for 2.0. I'm using GK 0.32 and Win XP MCE. Thanx.
