How to create .m2v and .mp2 for my mpg?

Dear experts,

I have a large collection of MPEG4 V2 AVIs and want to convert some of them to PAL DVDs.

I'm using Zealot Software's AVI to VCD SVCD DVD Converter to convert the AVIs to MPGs.

But now I need a tool to create the necessary M2V and MP2 files for DVD authoring with Ifoedit.

Which program can do this job?
