How to Rip subtitle from VCD/RM/DIVX?

How to rip subtitle from VCD/RM/DIVX? Does it have any tools to help me to do this job? I got lots of VCD/RM/DIVX including subtitle, I want to rip it out. But I have never seen concerned tools, Would somebody help me?
