Hello Ive read sticky on a way converting srt2son and vobsub and i need alternative method because method number 2. gives good results in subtitles but tricky is ssa script after convertion its form is not properly subbed when 2 rows in the subtitle. In that case its needed to edit subtitles manualy and reform them to show properly. and then do conversion.And this takes alot of time, so i would drop that option.

Now conversion from srt to ssa in subtitle workshop 2.51 works properly.
2rows are displayed correctly But still i need alternative method. because of Maestro SBT dosent have shadow font option, and i would like to have Shadow in subtitles like i setup everything in Subtitle workshop.

Sticky method number 1. SRT2sup When saving to sup or bitmaps, after conversion subtitles are not sharp enough for my taste.Not even after using pic2pic.
So between sticky methods of conversion option number 2. Gives excelent output.Except ssa problem as i mentioned above.
So i was thinking about using subtitle workshop 2.51 to convert srt to son from it, editing subtitle colors etc, but then problem occurs.
Since son2vobsub need Bitmaps,palette .spf and son. Of Course after conversion using subtitle workshop from srt2son, output is only .son, and following files are not generated:
.spf generated, and no bitmaps.
So i need now first to get bitmaps from srt. Whats the alternative method for that other than srt2sup?
How about generating .spf ?
