From what I tested, RV10 gives better result at low bitrate on anime ocntent than VP6, since RV uses b-frames :)

My tests with encoding video at 436kbps point to RV10 outperforming VP6 by quie a considerable amount.

RV10 is the best because of the inloop filtering for anime: H264 will be also a very powerful codec for anime I think. For movie at low compressibility in order VP6, RV10, WMV9, XviD and DivX3 for metric ...
