AutoGK not compatible with movie processed using IFO Edit

If I process the VoB ripped using IFO Edit in order to create new IFOs and new BUPs in order to burn my DVD of the movie ripped and then I want realize the DivX the program shows me an error.
Can be solved this problem in next future, or I must always keep the only IFO file that DVD Decrypter do when it have finished to rip the movie, without processing the VOB using IFO EDIT ??

AutoGK doesn't use IFO files at all (vobsub does though), but stream info file from DVDDecrypter. Read this: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=77941
