this script gives me ~80% 2nd pass quality for a ~1h vid length and 1/2 cd size (2 episodes per cd) with hvs-best matrix... (with 64kbps audio)
also i need an advice - how to replace one frame with previous frame (very ugly frame before scene switch)...
