no subs on the standalone

i cant seem to get the subs working allthough i have tried severel guides
here is what i do

i have an already shrink movies which i want to add my own subs

demux using vobedit06

sync the subs in subtitle workshop

converts subs using srtsub

author with ifoedit096

change the colour in the ifo file by copy and paste from the original

done sometimes i can see the subs in ifoplay and sometimes not but they never work on my stand alone



i have tried with rejig and then it work but there is some kind of a bug in that program the subs aint staying all the time so you have to restart the some fromwhere you were at the time when the subs went missing

please could help me out in danish would really be nice but english works aswell
