convert idx+sub files in ssa

i want to convert idx and sub files in ssa file to incrust it in a divx.
perhap's i can incrust directly idx et sub files ?

help me plz

Hi & welcome to the board,

you can incrust them directly. I don't do avis and you didn't say how you do your avis, but read this to get some sort of idea: http://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/87065

If you want to convert them to a text-based format, use subresync or subrip to open the .idx and do the OCR steps necessary. This would only be necessary if you want to edit the subs, change the font etc.
