Hey all,

I've found one or two threads similar to my question on this forum, but I either the solution was something I've tried and didn't work, or the question was similar, but still different (so the solution didn't apply)

And I'm sure this is a common question - cause it seems to be something that should be obvious. I have sitting on my HD some vob/ifo files from a while ago that I would like to make a dvd out of. But I can't figure out how.

Whenever I backup my DVDs with DVD Decryptor & InstantCopy, I can use InstantCopy and load the IFO in Video_TS of what DVD Decryptor spits out. But for some reason, when I try to load the IFO in InstantCopy for these files, I get some error message.

I know they work though - I've loaded them all up in PowerDVD and I can view perfectly what I want to see.

But how do I make an actual DVD out of them? I tried to make one w/ Nero by just drag-click, but stupid me - that just created a dvd with those files on them, not a playable DVD!

Some other thread suggested some program that creates an ISO on ur HD - and that's my next step I'm going to try - but how would I burn them directly to DVD? The only problem I had with that suggestion was the same thread suggested burning them in Nero - which is what I tried and failed, so i was thinking maybe the question was slightly different.

Anyway, any feedback? thanks a lot in advance

When creating a new compilation in Nero, select DVD-Video, not DVD-ROM. It'll create a red VIDEO_TS folder. Drag all the VOB/IFO/BUP files in it and burn. It'll return an error if the files are not DVD-compliant.
