I have bought WinDVD and I also have AC3 Filter installed now but I want to know are there any features in AC3 Filter which WinDVD doesn't have and should I keep it installed?
Thanks

You should look at the options in both. There are quite a few options in ac3filter that are not in WinDVD's ac3 decoder, depending on the version of ac3filter, some are; matrix mixing and real-time normalization, also a nifty new features of loading as a postprocessor for any audio type and real-time ac3 encoding during playback for SPDIF out.
See this thread for more info about the new version of ac3filter: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=76480
As to weather or not you should keep ac3filter - do you want the options it provides?

Nah I don't need all these features but the one thing that I used in AC3 Filter was gain control cause I use laptop speakers and they don't give much sound :(
