how to get rid of the annoying lines

Hello,
I'm ecoding this anime video in DVD2AVI,
4:3
23.976 fps
NTSC 48%
interlaced

then doing all the usuals in AVIsynth
and the final result is not satisfactory, whenever there is a quick pan or an action scene I get these tiny lines on the screen,

please help

Hello, and welcome to the forum-

1. Use DVD2AVI to create your project file using no Field Operation (No Force Film=29.97fps)
2. Don't encode using DVD2AVI, but through VDubMod, or perhaps by using Gordian Knot as a front end.
