Adding subtitles to a episode disc

Well the topic says it all. I know how to add subtitles to movies that are on a DVD, but how to add subs to an episode disc? I have Babylon 5 disc and I would like to add my native language subtitles to it. How to do it? Tried using Google and search, but didn't find anything. Sorry if there already is a topic about this...

Episodic discs will be multi-PGC unless each episode resides in it's own VTS, which means recreating the disc's structure using Scenarist.

So you'd be best off looking at the "big 3" related guides, probably.

Okay, my comprehension about Scenarist is pretty low. What kind of guide should I be looking for then?
