hmmm, the looks reminds me of bsplayer... any relation between them?
also, the site says no external filters. does it mean it's not dshow based? does it mean it includes an internal decoder for all audio/video formats? does that mean it uses libavcodec? or maybe vlc code?
to sum it up, more details about this player would be welcome.

Why do you doubt NPlayer is a spyware.On the contrary,NPlayer will never access to the
internet or modify you system. you can check it by firewall.
NPlayer is based on nvideo's MpegDecSdk,and have no relation to bsplayer.Yes,NPlayer includes
all internal decoder for all almost audio/video formats.After you try it,you will find it's decode
engine better than libavcodec or vlc.

quick note:
1) no drag'n drop support
2) if i stop and the open another media, the play button isn't fuctional. I must right click on video windows and "play"
3) what about external subs ?
4) ogm / mkv ? (i dont' tryed this format)
5) any planned support for rvmb 10 ?
The player isnt' very nice. Just a little small.

and it looks like some components are not used legaly be carefull
Nplayer.exe OPEN C:\usr\local\etc\mplayer\codecs.conf PATH NOT FOUND
BUSTED!!!!!
