1080i 29.97 to WMV via avisynth

Can someone show me an example of a avisynth script

that would take a 1080i source (from HBO) that is FILM (.ts)

so its 29.97 and 1920 x 1080

I want to convert it to WMV9 with the AC3

I converted the .TS to a .D2V with the latest DGMPGDEC 1.10

so now i need a example script

i know how to load the source

its what i have to do next

to get the final encode to be 1920 x 1080 24fps progressive .wmv

p.s. using virtualdubmod ofcourse...
