View Full Version : Does Ulead DVD Workshop allow you to import VOBs and keep the original sound?

I just started using Ulead DVD Workshop. I import my vob files but then when I try and edit them, there is only video, no audio present. Apparently DVD Workshop converts the vob files to .mpg files. My question is, is there any way you can import the vob files, and retain all the audio info, so you can edit both video and audio? If not, how can we import the audio portion of the vobs? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think there's an option not to change dvd compliant audio. Make sure you don't have that unchecked. I think it gives you 2 or 3 audio options.
.
If you have the trial I don't think it supports ac3 audio(if thats what you have).
.
Check and make sure it doesn't require an ac3 plugin.
