audio splitting for DVDMaestro

I have a long ac3 (5.1 channels). I want it cut 2 parts. I tried BeSweet partial encoding, but when I load it to Maestro 0.5-2 is missing at the end of the part 1, and the part 2 makes error code.
How can I split an ac3 correctly ? I mean if I split it at 31,5 sec, than it will be 31,5 sec in the maestro too.

I tried it, but it still doen't work correctly. I have an ac3 which is about 180 mins. I want to slit it a part of 1:30:20.920 and a second part as the video file is. I used Chapter Xtractors format, and manually setup too, but it still isn't correct.
Any other idea ?

It doesn't split it there where I want. It splits earlier or later, but not there.

you can only split with a certain exactness, if yo uwanna avoid reencoding
either split with a reencode or use delay
