mp2chextm is a command line utility to convert mixed (mono and stereo) mp2 stereo audio stream to mono audio streams. Despite such mixed mp2 audio streams are frequently produced by german digital tv providers ARD and ZDF, hardly any application can handle these streams correctly. Converting them to mono solves this problem.
Like the original mp2chext (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=45998) mp2chextm can also be used to reduce the size of the audio stream.
