Why do some DVD's have permanent subtitles ?. Is there any way to make a backup which enables the subtitles to be turned on and off. I have come across two titles with this feature - "the Fan" & "Sweet and Lowdown". In both cases the subtitles are in Dutch. Any info appreciated
