I'm interested to confirm the different broadcasting frequencies of both DVB-T and DVB-C around Europe.
Over here in the UK DVB-T uses UHF frequencies of between 470 - 860MHz (no VHF bands). Which are then divided into 'multiplexes' (1, 2, A, B, C & D). And since the demise of our countries first foray into the technology (by ONdigital, aka ITVdigital) QAM64 has been paired with QAM16.
For a more detailed breakdown of the UK's TV stations, please click here (http://SeeMoreDigital.net/07_DVB_Info/DVB-T/DVB-T_Stations.html).
Unfortunately I've been unable to ascertain the DVB-C frequencies used by the UK's two major providers, TeleWest and NTL. I only have some of the analogue frequencies (http://SeeMoreDigital.net/07_DVB_Info/DVB-C/Analogue_Cable_Stations.html).
What frequencies are your countries using? Does any European country broadcast DVB-T via VHF?
Cheers
EDIT: Title change and analogue cable frequencies added
