Problem with mp2 (Bitrate: 192) -> mp2 (Bitrate: 224)

Hi,

i´ve got a big problem with encoding a mp2 (bitrate: 192 -> bitrate: 224). First i used tmpgenc to de-multiplex the svcd-format and tried to encode the mp2 to a higher bitrate (224). But there are always stream errors ... I don´t know why ?

What i have to do ?

try play creating file in WinAmp and see time length in playlist. I try convert MP3 use Besweet and have same result, but file have right time length.

And disable VBR mode in 2Lame butons, not all standalone player support VBR MP2 sound track.
