Divx 5.x playback problem on WIN2000

When I play DivX 5.x file with propper installed DivX 5.x codec, video stops on some point and audio continue to play. But, when I use FFDSHOWm, playback is perfect.

I checked video stream and there are no bad frames ...

Tried any playeer (WMP, Radlight, BS ... anything) but the sam problem exists. Even in VirtualDub...

Any ideas what's the problem and how to fix it?

VDub doesnt report any bad frames either? (video-->scan stream for errors)
