Dr. Divx crashed on 2nd enc

hi my problem is if i encode an video von 2nd pass Dr. divx stops and finalize the video after some minutes i reinstalled Dr. Divx also divx 5.1.x pro. Any idea ?

and if i encode with vdub 2pass i need more than 12 hours o_O normal i needed 3-4 hours :(
