Diher option in OGG Drop

If any know, explain me, what mean diher option light, medium, heavy. I have OGG source encoded with -q9 option. Which type dither need use for high quality decoding?

If any know, explain me, what mean dither option light, medium, heavy. I know what mean dither, but do not know that mean light, medium and heavy. For example in SSRC good explain dither option. About OGG drop I can not find nothing.
