How to get Chapters back in

I have a DVD backup that the chapters are off by exactly one chapter. In other words, when I click on chapter 2, I get the opening Columbia Tristar thing. When I click on Chapter 3, I get Chapter 2, and so on.

Is there any way to fix this with IFOEdit or am I going to have to extract the chapters, edit them, and re-author from scratch?

I think I answered my own question.

I think I can demux with vobedit after stripping and correcting the chapter points. At that point I can load them into maestro or what have you and re-author them correctly. If anyone sees an error in this process, let me know.
