I have a movie with Dolby Prologic II audio but unfortunatelly my home cinema does not include DP processor.
Are there any way to decode DP II in its separate mono channels and re-ancode as AC3?
Thanks.

maybe there is an easier way now, but i'll describe the best (and only) one i know
-first convert your stereo source file to ac3 (if it isn't ac3 already)
-then use hypercube transcoder with the filters from windvd or powerdvd (IIRC one of the 2 worked, but the other did not, but i could be wrong), set the filter to PL2 and hypercube to output 6 mono waves
-encode the 6 mono waves to ac3
if you need a more detailed explaination just tell me, but i can't promise i'll rememebr every step
