Hi !!!

I've just a request for the future releases of BeSweet : I would like to have the FLAC (http://flac.sourceforge.net/) format as input into BeSweet. This lossless codec is free ;) I know that Dg you have no time to develop and improve your tool yet, but I think it will be great...:)

Another request : MPC (Musepack) will be great too (as output ;))...The sources are available on CoreCodec now. But I assume it will be better to wait the next version of mpc (SV8 ??) to be compatible with Matroska files.

Thanks

bump !!! :o

Another question for you DSPGuru : did you plan to open the sources for BeSweet ??

Well...my question isn't a bad joke. I'd like to know if it will be possible one of these days, coz it could be a real & great idea to continue the developpment of BeSweet I think...:) Indeed, I know that BeSweet is your "baby" and you want protect it but I remember that The_Wef had opened the GordianKnot sources because he hadn't no much time to develop it anymore and actually we can see that GK isn't dead and progress always...

both mpc support and openning BeSweet sources are planned, but i can't tell when it'll happend, because both requires free time which i don't have these days.

anyhow, if someone writes a BeSweet plugin for mpc encoding, i will integrate it. (take E-Male's work on bsn.dll as an inspiration on how developers could contribute to BeSweet's development)
