Ok, I got this 1 hour and 50 minutes movie, which I want to make it into 2CD Version of 700mb each. With RC4, I used MPEG matrix and targetted 1.3GB of size (100mb would be audio which would be joined later), but my result was having a 910mb of video instead of 1.3GB ~_~. A friend suggested me using others matrixes, so I used hls-bestpicture but my result still is below from what I want, 960mb... 50 mb more. What solutions you suggest me??

Things that I also tried:

Increased bitrate (failed, same size)
Increased filesize (failed, same size)
Updated to 1.0 final (failed, same size)

So is there any setting that can let me go to my goal of 1.3GB?

Thanks, MMXZ

Hi MMXZ

Sounds like the codec maxed out with the settings you use.

Try this sticky (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=24584) for more info on undersized files.

What that means is that for the matrix and settings u used, 960 MB is the maximum attainable quality. To go any higher u need high quality matrices. Try Fox Home Entertainment, that'll give u nice big files.

Make sure that you're not capping your quants either :)
