Hi,

i saw on a DVD a Menue, where is a text, which does not fit on one page (in The menue). Therefore the Menue hat two Buttons (Up and Down Buttons). When one Push a Button the hole Text scroll. So a "too long text" is on one Menue-Page (without "Next" or "Previous"-Buttons).

I Think this idea very good but i don't know how to make it.
If one make a "moving text" maybe someone the text does not scroll fast enough and other it scroll too fast.

So my Question: How to make a Menue, where the user can decide when he wants to scroll the text down (and maybe up again).

Any Ideas?

Sounds to me like a simple illusion using two full motion video transitions between two still states. One transition for one 'scroll direction', and vice versa.

To do that is difficult? I think yes (i use DVD-Maestro).
How can i jump to a special position in a Menue-Video and then show only one pic (stop then the movie).

But if you can jump to a special position in a movie, why should you have two videos? You can make it so:
PUSH UP -> Show Frame before
PUSH DOWN -> Show Frame after

Or does i not understand something (@Arky)?

It could be a seria of Pics (generated in a movie) where every Pic was made as a Menue and if one Push a (Up/Down)-Button, then the hole Menue changes but because the two menues are quite equal it seems to be a scroll-effect.
If this is so, than it is difficult thing to make it so.

I think there should be a easier way?
