You might want to setup again. The way I do it is I extract each version to their own dir like dvd-rbv051/ and set it all up again (cce version, path and number of passes, remove all dts).

I extract to zip rebuilder.exe in folder of always some others versions, replacing other rebuilder.exe

Try deleting your existing DVD-RB folder, and unzipping the new version and set everything up again.
