Where can I get a player and a tool that supports loop and can set out loop commands exactly where I want it?

Could you clarify what you are attempting to accomplish? I don't understand your question.

You can set tags like LOOP_END and LOOP_START. I want a tool where you can set theme on the segmeent you want and listen to the result. It's a pain to swithc segment by a hundred and go in game to change all the time if it is wrong.

try hero super player. i am very sure with ogg, but it can play avi with loop.
