Italy's Senate as made a gentlemen's agreement with the opposition and the consumer representatives to restore p2p as a civil offence instead of a criminal one. This agreement is not mandatory, but it appears that the senators agreed in good faith that the law was written 'too quickly, and needs improvements'. Letting the world know will help us in making sure that the agreement is honored.
