dvd starting issue

hi all,

probably a basic question, but i don't know shit about dvd authoring

i have a dvdr ripped by someone else, it has menu and movie and extra's

but the problem is the dvdr starts directly with the movie instead of the menu

how can i fix it so it starts with the menu??

You are right, it's a very simple problem, but there is no simple answer because it depends on the specific DVD. You'll need to read the guides and use IfoEdit to find where the main menu and movie are stored. Then you'll have to follow the command path starting with First Play PGC and search for a jump to the movie, and then and replace it with a jump to main menu.
