How do I add a subtitle to a DVD-R movie?

Hi all,
I have a movie in DVD-R format on my HD, and I want to add another subtitle in different language, before I burn the film.
Is there any way to do that? or I'm stuck with the current languages I have?
I'ld realy appriciate any help from any one here.
I'm also kindda new in the area so if you can explain to me with which programs to do it, it'll be great.

Have a look at this thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=67318). There is a detailed guide mentioned there and some extra instructions.

Actually, the best place for this question is either Subtitles or DVD Authoring forums. Using the Search button is even better.
